Author: The author pulldown will default to the user that is logged into the system, you will also have the ability to assign a different author if you have privledges too. Simply use the pulldown too assign a different author if desired.

Category: This section allows you to select a category that you will define in the "Category Section". All Categories and subcategories will be displayed in a plull down menu. Select the appropriate category, OR add a new category in the "Category Section"

Date Published: This section is pre-populated with today's date, but you have the ability to assign a new date to it if desired. The published date can be changed to reflect an article that was published in the past or one that will be published in the future. Simply select the Date, Month and Year from the pulldowns.

Subject: The subject line is the visual identifier of your article. It is the title that will be displayed on both the article listing and at the top of the article page!

Summary: The summary is the small description of the article that is displayed on the article listing pages (green highlighted area in image). This will be your users first glance into the article content. It is important to make this a brief summary to help readers figure out which articles they want to read.

Page Break: Page break allows you to break your article into multiple pages. When "Page Break" is click you will be asked to name the next page in your document and a pagebreak code item will be added:
