There are 2 different ways of adding a picture to an article. Which one to use depends on where the picture in question is stored. If it is on your local harddrive use method 1 (Attach Image), if it is already online somewhere else use method 2 (Image).

Method 1 - Attach Image

Use this method if the picture you would like to add is located on your own harddrive.

1. Click the Attach Image button in the toolbar. This brings up a new window.
2. Use the Browse button to bring up a standard windows explorer window and find the picture on your harddrive.
3. Select the picture.
4. Select whether to align the picture to the left or right side. (Image Alignment)
5. Optionally enter a Short Description to be displayed below the picture.
6. Click the Upload Image button. This refreshes the window and will now show a few lines of text as well as 3 buttons above the Upload form. This section is called Uploaded Images.
7. At the location where you wish to add the picture, enter the text that is written behind the Image Placeholder entry. It will be something like { IMG : xx } (without the spaces), where xx is a number.
Alternatively you can press the + button associated with the picture. This will add the tag for this picture to the bottom of your story. You will then have to copy and paste this to the location in the story you wish to place the picture.
8. When done close the Attach Image window.

Method 2 - Image

Use this method if rhe picture you would like to add is located on another website.

1. Click the image button.
2. Type or copy & paste the URL to the picture.
3. Click OK. A line will be added to the bottom of your story which looks similar to this:
4. If required copy and paste this line to the location in the story you wish to place the picture.
