Sean Bunzick


I've been coming to Thailand since 1987 and love it very much, especially Chiang Mai, my ex-wife's village of Don Chai and Mae Hong Son. I enjoy the spicy food, a country with no snow and ice found only in a drinking glass, the pooying, the countryside, Mekhong, Chang, Buddhism, the temples, the elephants, the water buffalo, the rice paddies, the mountains, the other expat authors, the festivals, the heat/humidity, the music, the language, His Majesty the King, tuk-tuks-, sorngthaews, my Thai family/friends and all my farang friends--and millions of OTHER things!!! I started writing when I was a little boy--long before I became a little man. I've been writing action/adventure stories since I was a teenager and the series I have published now was started in '92 when I came back from one month of hell in Bangkok. I am the author of "Missing In Asia", "Air Thermae" and "Dangerous Junk For Sail". These are all part of the John Harwich Adventure series. The fourth novel, "Zero Trust In Zamboanga" is being published soon. I'm currently word-processing the tenth novel in this series and handwriting the rough draft of the eleventh book!
